Bagel with Smoked SalmonSmoked salmon turns a plain bagel into a snappy open-faced sandwich. You have to try it! Truly a brunch highlight.
 Ingredients:
1 plain bagel, split and toasted 3 tbsp. cream cheese 4 ounces lox-style smoked salmon 4 slices tomato 4 slices onion 1 tsp. capers 2 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions:1. Spread cream cheese on toasted bagel halves.
2. Top with smoked salmon.
3. Layer tomato and onion slices over salmon.
4. Top with capers and lemon juice.
Times:Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
