Easy Shop Card - How It Works

We're Updating Our Customer Convenience...

We are currently in the process of updating our Easy Shop / Customer Convenience card program. All existing Easy Shop card holders will be able to continue to use their cards for intended purposes, but no online applications or updates are available at this time.

Easy Shop Card - How It Works

The Furnal's Fresh Market Easy Shop card is the one card that truly lives up to its name - Easy to get and easy to use! It will make shopping easier, too, every time you use it.

You can use your Easy Shop card for:

Shopping Discounts
Check Cashing*, Including:
- Paychecks
- Government Checks
- Other Checks
Video Rental

* All check cashing privileges are subject to certain restrictions, but generally, you can cash a personal check for up to $50.00 over the amount of your purchase. See store for additional details.

For each application processed, you receive an
Easy Shop Card and TWO key chain tags!

If you presently do not have a card, you can:

Apply for your own card online
(or in person)
Apply for a card for your spouse or other family member online
(or in person)

PLEASE NOTE: Whether you apply online or in person, you will be required to show current valid identification to pick up your card.

If you presently have a card, you can:

Update your personal account information online.
(Currently, online updates are available only to those accounts created online.)
Update your personal account information in person
If you presently have a card and need to update your personal information, you can inform us of the changes and get a new card all at once: Just treat it like a new application and use Apply Online rather than Update Account.

When you apply online, your are required to check a box indicating you understand the procedure. This is the exact wording:

"By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I understand that 1) Furnal's Fresh Market may request a consumer credit report in connection with this application and I hereby grant permission to do so; 2) The Furnal's Fresh Market Easy Shop Card is the property of Furnal's Fresh Market and all cards issued in my name must be returned on demand; 3) If privileges are granted to me or others in my name and I/we default in any portion of our joint obligation(s), I will be responsible for any and all incurred debts, reasonable attorney's fees, and/or collection costs."

Detailed Instructions for Completing the Easy Shop Online Application Form

All of the following information is displayed and available on screen during the online application process. For your convenience, we are posting it here as well in case you want to look it over before you apply online.

When you use the online application, you will have to start by clicking on the "First Name" field. After that, you can use the <TAB> button or click from one field to the next.

First Name:

This is a required field.

Middle Name:

This is an optional field. Please feel free to use a middle initial if you prefer.

Last Name:

This is a required field.

Spouse First Name:

This is an optional field.

Spouse Middle Name:

This is an optional field. Please feel free to use a middle initial if you prefer.

Spouse Last Name:

This is an optional field. However, if you fill in a Spouse First Name you probably should fill this in, too. (Hint: Double Click to make it the same as the primary Last Name, but make sure you fill in the primary Last Name first.)

Address 1:

This is a required field.

Address 2:

Please include any apartment number or other designation in this field if it applies. This is an optional field.

City:

You may accept the default value of "Hilton" by simply tabbing or clicking to the next field, or type in your own city. This is a required field.

State:

You may accept the default value of "NY" by simply tabbing or clicking to the next field, or type in your own state. This is a required field. Please use the appropriate two-letter state abbreviation for US addresses or enter a province or other identifier if necessary.

Zip:

You may accept the default value of "14468" by simply tabbing or clicking to the next field, or type in your own zip code. This is a required field. You may enter any appropriate postal code if necessary.

Current Residence Since:

This is a required field. Please indicate your closest approximation of the month in which you assumed your current residence.

Year:
This is a required field. Please indicate the year in which you assumed your current residence. If you have been in your current residence for more than 10 years, please indicate "Before 2003."

Residence Phone:

This is an optional field. Please include your area code and any country or access code if necessary.

Work Phone:

This is an optional field. Please include your area code and any country or access code if necessary.

Email:

This is a required field. We will never disclose your email address to anyone, but you will need it to update your account. This must be a complete, valid email address.

Date of Birth:

This is an optional field. If you fill it in, please use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Social Security Number:

This is an optional field. If you fill it in, please use the format NNN-NN-NNNN.

Driver License Number:

This is an optional field. Please include the two-letter state abbreviation of the state in which you are licensed. You will be required to present your Driver License or other valid identification when you pick up your Easy Shop Card.

Occupation:

Please enter your job title or describe the type of work you do. This is an optional field.

Employer:

This is a required field. If you do not have an employer, just enter the appropriate description (self-employed, student, etc.)

Employer Phone:

Please list the main phone number for your employer. This is a required field. If you do not have an employer (e.g. self-employed), please include a telephone number where you can be reached during business hours.

Employer Address:

This is an optional field.

Employer City:

This is a required field.

Employer State:

This is an optional field.

Employer Zip:

This is an optional field.
